eAward
eAward is a CIS application developed by the Office of Sponsored Projects to make coordination of grant & contract post-award work easier, faster, and more transparent for our research faculty and administration.
This tool is live and available via CIS under the Research Services section.
By navigating to the "Awards and Proposals" tab, you can request OSP's assistance in establishing new preliminary projects and new award set-up requests. Additional modules to assist with award modifications and subawards are in the works.
Anyone with a CIS login has access to eAward and anyone with a CIS login can view ALL eAward content, so there is no need for delegation. Any proprietary data should be protected or redacted before uploading documents into eAward.
If the eAward link is not showing, please verify with your department that your uID is active. If you were recently hired, this may take some time. If you are an active employee and still having trouble viewing the link, please email the eAward contact. General eAward questions can be directed to anyone in OSP.
