6.3.1.2.a Generally Accepted F&A Waivers updated to include the Salt Lake Office of Veterans Affairs. The University will accept zero F&A on Intergovernmental Personnel Act (IPA) agreements and 5% TDC on other non-federal agreements without requiring an F&A waiver

Due to the new Uniform Guidance, computer equipment has been reclassified as allowable if the proposal demonstrates that it is essential and the project does not have access to other equipment or devices that can achieve the same purpose.
