Regulations Library
The University of Utah Regulations Library houses University policies, with links to rules, procedures, guidelines, forms and other helpful information.
Effective October 8, 2024, the University created Policy 7-200: Research Administration Policy. This policy creates an organizational structure for the Office of the Vice President for Research to create rules and procedures, through the University's regulation approval process, to comply with sponsor requirements.
Effective June 12, 2024, the University created Rule R7-001A: Prohibition in Malign Foreign Talent Recruitment Programs which prohibits researchers participating in an MFTRP from receiving federal funding.
