DOE Enhanced Login: Action Required for eXCHANGE accounts
The current login.gov sign in method will no longer be available after Jan 1st, 2025.
All users will be required to log-in with either ID.me or Login.gov with additional ID verifications. Both login options require users provide thier social security number and a drivers license or state ID card as part of the identity verification process that can take up to 10 days. Both systems confirm that information provided is secure and encrypted.
To avoid any issues with upcoming deadlines for ARPA-E and EERE eXCHANGE, users are encouraged to to begin the process of updating your account and ensuring access issues are resolved ahead of January 1st.
