Human Subjects

University of Utah investigators and study staff who conduct human subject research must complete training initiatives and register with the ERICA system before the Institutional Review Board (IRB) will approve a project. The University provides access to these required trainings through an online IRB Human Subject Training Certificate and the CITI (Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative.)
