NIH Public Access Compliance Policy Enforcement Effective July 1, 2013

The Spencer S. Eccles Health Sciences Library and the Center for Clinical and Translational Science have developed a guide for NIH-funded investigators regarding the NIH Public Access Policy. Non-compliance with this policy can delay the processing of non-competing continuation grant awards starting July 1, 2013. Articles resulting from NIH funding that have been published since April 2008 are required to be in compliance.
