The University values and encourages international research collaboration and scholarship.

Keep in mind that these engagements may also present individual and institutional risks. Recognizing, understanding, and dealing with such challenges and related issues will help ensure responsible, effective and productive research collaborations.

What is Research Security?

The U.S. Government has defined research security as "safeguarding the research enterprise against the misappropriation of research and development to the detriment of national or economic security, related violations of research integrity, and foreign government interference."
